WHBIT? ANNOUNCE EAST COAST TOUR What's He Building In There? have announced their upcoming tour of Eastern Canada with We The Undersigned. The tour begins in Fredericton, NB on October 1st and runs through Southern Ontario, ending October 23rd in Hamilton, Ontario.
SYNASTRY SET TO SHOOT DEBUT MUSIC VIDEO Synastry will be shooting their debut music video for the track CRADLE TO GRAVE DENIED ENTRY INTO USA As many of you may have heard, Year of the Sun recording artist Cradle to Grave was denied entry into the United States late last month despite having valid paperwork in their possession. Again, the band apologizes to their US fans were looking forward to seeing the band, they were looking forward to seeing you as well. Cradle to Grave is currently trying to reschedule their US tour for early next year so we'll keep you posted. Check out the links below for the complete story.
GLASGOW GRIN SIGNS WITH YEAR OF THE SUN Glasgow Grin has signed with Year of the Sun Records for the release of their upcoming debut album 'Saints of the Greatest Sin'. Glasgow Grin's debut is expected to surface in October 2008 and was recorded at Frozen Solid Studios with producer Matt Connell (Ex-Exhumed, Fuck the Facts) and mixed by Jamie King (Between The Buried And Me). The group has posted the first single from the record at www.myspace.com/yearofthesun

DEADWALK SIGNS WITH YEAR OF THE SUN RECORDS We're pleased to announce that Montreal's DEADWALK has officially signed with Year of the Sun Records. The band become the third addition to the label this year with their debut album slated for release this summer. The album will also be released in the United States through North Carolina's Tribunal Records.

This marks the label's first international signing and we're very excited to release their debut EP entitled 'The Impossibility of Death in the Minds of the Living' this spring. Machiavellian is one of the best bands to emerge from the UK in the last little while and we're pleased to be the label to bring their sound to North America.

SYNASTRY SIGN WITH YEAR OF THE SUN RECORDS We're pleased to announce that Synastry has signed with Year of the Sun Records. Hailing from Montreal Quebec, Synastry will release their debut full length record 'Blind Eyes Bleed' on May 13th 2008. The thirteen track album was engineered by Ex- Slaves on Dope guitarist Kevin Jardine and features guest vocals from The Agonist's frontwoman Alissa White Gluz and former Arch Enemy vocalist John Liiva.
